Nigeria’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama has reacted to the violent assault of Nigerians in South Africa.
It has been reported that retailers and properties owned by Nigerians in South Africa have been burnt and looted.
Onyeama declared that the Nigerian authorities has had sufficient and can be taking definitive measures over the attacks.
Acquired sickening and miserable information of continued burning and looting of Nigerian retailers and premises in #SouthAfrica by senseless criminals with ineffective police safety. Sufficient is sufficient. We’ll take definitive measures. @NigeriaGov @DigiCommsNG @GovernmentZA @DIRCO_ZA
